RosCar Sint Maarten is a car rental aggregator that offers rental vehicles from international and local car rental companies in Sint Maarten. By using our website and making a booking, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. About Our Service

RosCar Sint Maarten helps customers compare and book rental cars from different suppliers. We do not always act as the direct rental provider. The final rental agreement may be concluded between the customer and the selected rental company.

Our platform allows customers to rent a car at the airport, request city delivery, or arrange delivery to a hotel, depending on the terms and availability of the selected supplier.

3. Booking Process

To make a booking on RosCar Sint Maarten, the customer must complete the following steps:

  1. Select the pickup location and return location
  2. Choose the preferred vehicle type
  3. Select additional options such as no deposit, no credit card, insurance, or child car seat
  4. Enter the main driver’s contact details
  5. Confirm the booking by making a prepayment of 15% to 20%

After the booking is completed, a voucher will be sent to the email address provided by the customer. The voucher will include booking instructions and the contact details of the rental company.

4. Payments

In most cases, the customer pays 15% to 20% of the total booking amount at the time of reservation. The remaining balance is usually paid directly to the rental company, according to the terms of the selected supplier.

Depending on the rental company, the remaining payment may be accepted in cash, by debit card, or by other available payment methods.

5. No Deposit and No Credit Card Options

RosCar Sint Maarten specializes in rental offers that may include no deposit and no credit card requirements. However, these options are not guaranteed for every vehicle or every supplier.

Customers must carefully review the conditions shown during the booking process and in the voucher confirmation. Some suppliers may still require identification documents, a valid driving license, age verification, or payment security under certain circumstances.

6. Vehicle Delivery and Pickup

Vehicles may be available for pickup at the airport, in the city, or by delivery to a hotel. Delivery and return services depend on the selected rental company, business hours, service area, and vehicle availability.

Customers are responsible for being present at the agreed location and time. Delays may affect availability or result in additional charges according to the supplier’s rules.

7. Driver Requirements

The main driver must provide accurate and complete contact information during the booking process. The driver must also hold a valid driving license and meet the rental company’s minimum age and qualification requirements.

Some rental companies may apply additional conditions for young drivers, senior drivers, or additional drivers.

8. Additional Options

Customers may be able to choose additional services and options during booking, including insurance coverage, child car seats, and special rental conditions such as no deposit or no credit card.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

We are not responsible for changes made by the rental supplier, including vehicle replacement, operational delays, changes in payment conditions, or availability limitations. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in resolving booking related issues.

11. Accuracy of Information

Customers are responsible for providing correct information when making a booking. Incorrect driver details, wrong pickup times, invalid contact information, or incomplete documentation may result in cancellation or refusal of the vehicle by the rental company.

12. Vehicle Availability

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability at the time of confirmation. In rare cases, if the selected vehicle is unavailable, the rental company may offer a similar vehicle or another available solution.

13. Use of the Vehicle

The customer must use the rental vehicle in accordance with local laws, traffic rules, and the rental company’s conditions. The driver is responsible for fines, penalties, traffic violations, fuel policies, and any damage not covered by the selected insurance.

14. Limitation of Liability

RosCar Sint Maarten is not liable for indirect losses, travel disruptions, missed flights, hotel issues, or other damages arising from the use of third party rental services. Our role is limited to facilitating the booking process between the customer and the rental supplier.

15. Changes to These Terms
